The creation of this blog is entirely an ego project, for me (Although, I’m wanting to stay anonymous for this)
I do have another personal blog which is entirely banal and inane and easily identifies me – The purpose of this one is to share more practical insights, from me; Hopefully in a way that can be untainted completely, by accountability and repercussions, in my every day.
Personally and professionally, it’s been a rich and unusual experience so far.
A background in a broad range of commercial and enterprise considerations has given me some great experience where I can pass on some very practical insights and skills – Side by side with this, I have been exposed to the lifestyle of a separated parent, leading onto my particular situation, where I am now in an ‘alternative relationship’.
As my Son put it from his PSE lessons at school ‘Families come in all shapes and sizes’ – Which is also true for most organisations and occupations.
…and the overlap between work and family life most likely doesn’t end there, I am sure: I will try and compartmentalise, we’ll see how it goes from here.
What I do want to achieve more than anything with this site though, is for all the content, posts and pages to stand up on their own in terms of value.
Perhaps you’ll enjoy reading the posts as much as I write them, but it’s not essential to me. Nobody died if it doesn’t ‘land’.
